Pittsburgh Pirate Baseball Club Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania SE Technologies, LLC performed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and Cultural Investigation of the proposed Pittsburgh Pirate Stadium site and the associated structures contained thereon. The subject property contained seven (7) buildings and a group of row houses. The assessment activities focused on historical use of the property, regulatory compliance, a complete site inspection that included an asbestos and lead paint survey of on-site buildings, transformer inventory, hazardous materials management survey, underground and aboveground storage tank inventory, radon literature review and potential wetlands survey. The Cultural Resource Investigation included a Land-Use History and Determination of Eligibility of potentially significant historic resources within the project area. At the conclusion of assessment activities, a final report was generated which included recommendations for further client action in regard to environmental conditions on-site.
